Please ensure that you provide us with the proper address for your shipment. The shipping address you provide MUST be a valid address with the US Postal Service. We are not responsible for orders that are sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Backorders
While we try to maintain a high inventory level on the most popular items, there are times when a particular style, color, size or item is not in stock. If this is the case, we will e-mail you that the item is on back-order and ask if you would like to wait for the product, replace it with a different item, or cancel that part of the order.
Returns & Exchange
Your satisfaction is the most important thing to us at Pink Dazzled. We do all we can to make sure that upon receipt of your merchandise you will find that it matches your order exactly. However, if for any reason you decide not to keep your merchandise, you may do so by contacting us within 24 hours once you've received the item, for return instructions. Refunds are only given on the full purchase price (shipping, insurance and handling charges are not refundable). No returns will be accepted after 24 hours. No Exceptions. Customer pays for return shipping. Exchanges and reships do not alter the date used when calculating the 24 hour return period. For exchanges, please email us the item number of which you would like to exchange your returned item with. Be sure to include the merchandise item name, number, and price. It is very important to include your daytime phone number in case we have to contact you. In order to receive a refund or exchange, the item must not show signs of damage, wear or alteration. Please indicate a reason for your return on the invoice that was included with the shipment of your merchandise or via email. Please be advised that we DO NOT accept returns or exchanges on custom orders, whether it's one item or more than one item, NO EXCEPTIONS.

We recommend using Delivery Confirmation to track the delivery status of your package and you must apply postage to the returned package.
Once your item return is received, it will be processed within 10 business days. Pink Dazzled will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments. A credit will be issued to your original method of payment within 15 business days of receiving your returned item. Once the adjustment has been made to your previous form of payment, you will receive an email confirming that transaction.
